  • @lucaryholt thats true bro, but hes probably a retard, so dont tell him to do whatever he wants, lol, he'll probably find u and rape u. idk. lol

Cus he somehow deleted his whole hard drive.lol

  • song son ? :D

  • Thxx Bro

  • song name?

  • I'm not sure I like this. I use se7enTSP, much easier and way cooler desktop. Just saying. Here's a TUT "youtu.be/MN96PXiu2hM". It's a program that does it all in one click

  • my PC dosent have the authentication folder..... it says explorer thats all...... any help?

  • @Brianx220 mine's too. any help?

  • thx man!

  • Could i use a video instead of a background? as in a .avi file instead of a .jpeg file?

  • sumhow i already have a folder named Info but i typed in info but the computer still asked me if u want 2 copyright over it or keep both wat 2 do ?

  • @TheAsianfire If you already have an info folder you should look into it to see if you already have a backgrounds folder (in the info folder) as well (you prolly do). In this case you do not need to create the info or backgrounds folders because they are already there. So just move to the next step. If you already have a pic (inside your backgrounds folder) entitled backgroundsDefault you may need to move or delete that pic. I know that, that didn't exactly answer the question you asked, sorry

  • @tetrablue255 ThanX for the help i didnt knew tat but there is a background folder in my info folder but the backgroundfolder is ... idk wats in it lol but ill try to delete/move it :)

  • my gateway already has a folder call back ground

  • @miclipz Thanks man.

  • Hey thanks for the help. But in my thing it already had a info folder and background file with backgrounds. Help.

  • Whose instrumental is this?!?!?!

  • cool working but image name only "backgroundDefault"

    thank you..............

  • This TUT sucks. Way cooler GUI over here "youtu.be/AdE3aomLNW0". Just my opinion

  • Lol cant even find regedit...

  • It worked but now the background just changed back

  • @halo2masterk apparently it seems as though something in the computer changes the OEMBackground value from 1 back to 0.

  • @cessnan96 Change the resolution by going right clicking on the desktop and clicking Personalize.

  • Attention please, there is something wrong at 1:50, "Named "backgroundDefault.jpg"", but actually, if u put the .jpg on the back of the name, will cause nothing happens or any changes made.

Anyway, thank u for this video, let me learn more.

  • @KwokSonny What I meant was the picture should be in Jpeg (.JPG) format.

  • @KwokSonny thank you boss you r cool.....

  • @KwokSonny tanx 4 this comment

  • @KwokSonny thank a lot for your remark... if it weren't you i would still trying to find what's false :)

  • or just use tuneup

  • Good tut. , but I'd still fancy using a third party program :)

  • @Blackshot1997 lol, iti s different from how you're telling me,cuz I cant find personalize or window colour; how do you do this in the contro panel?? ah and I have windows home basic I donnt know if it is different...thanx 4 reply

  • @CargaMarranas Windows 7 Home Basic doesn't have Aero by default. You can download a third-party program called "AeroEnabler" to change that.

  • What do i do after that? Bcos nothing has happened

  • There isn't any file OEMBackround! Only the Default...

  • Comment removed

  • what about the high res picture, since it can only take 256kb size of pic...that would be bad........in third party, still we can upload the high res pic...anyway,nice vid...new knowledge from regedit

  • Hey how do u custom ur Taskbar?? cuz i want my taskbar transparent like you. looks cool.

  • OEM background isnt on mine just (default)

  • can i plz get he link for your wallpaper?

  • do you have to name the folder info? because mine already has one named info in it

  • @punkyluvr Just make sure everything is the same as in the video and you should be good to go.

  • If you cant access 'Registry Editor' you need Windows 7 Pro, Ultimate and Enterprize to get to it. Windows 7 starter, Basic and Home Premium Dont have 'Registry Editor' installed on them.

  • @DellSe7enTech u need to enable administrator account on basic or home and use that to do it just youtube it youll find it,regedit is installed its just hidden

  • It didn't work with me :S

  • I did everything it said to do and it didn`t work :(

  • If you then regret and want to change it back - you just put the counter in regedit back to "0" instead of "1"?

  • @zHerschend Yes. :P

  • It doesn't work with domain based pc;s though. Can you please verify that

  • @transinfinite What do you mean?

  • thank you! =)

  • @WindowsStudios it's your own computer you can do whatever you will with it as long as it doesn't affect other people.

  • y not? microsoft made it legal in win7

  • @WindowsStudios

Did YOU know you are stupid?!

  • What's the name of the beat?

    Or instrumental of the song?

  • .,.,.any proff that this will success.,???

  • Hahaha, I like your wallpaper. It's an amazing remix of the original XP Bliss one.

  • proof?

  • download "windows 7 logon bacground changer" run it and put any picture that you want! quick and easy!

  • @maric003 ya but the point is not to use a 3party tool lol

  • heh, yeah, i know that, but it's easier!lol

  • when i type registry editor in startup

    it doest come up=(

  • go to run then that

  • Make sure you're typing in "regedit." It won't work if you type in registry editor.

  • @EnhancedProductions regitedit

  • everyone wants to know the song, could the poster of the video please tell what its called?

Alone In The Dark by Anno Domini.

  • thanks, and sorry, I didnt watch the whole thing because I was familiar with what you did =)

  • I can't find that song anywhere.. you sure you spelled it right?

  • what if you don't want the the costum backround?????? oh and thanks

  • If you don't want a custom background ignore this video or you might as well act and create a custom bacground.. Be careful as it's easy to do it by mistake. Heard so many stories of people browsing the web and then suddenly BAM! they just created the damn "costum backround".

  • do not play with system 32

  • This tutorial is completely safe.

  • its perfectly fine if you know what you're doing. AKA dont delete shit. you can actually copy anything you want there.

Its like a car engine... You can do what you want to it if you know your mechanics

  • Amazing work dude!!!! it wont affect anything else in the registry won't it?

  • Nope, unless you change the other values your self.

  • any idea how change folder backgrounds ?

  • Folder backgrounds ended in Windows ME if i'm not mistaken.

  • well there is a program on vista so you can change it .

  • well the point of this video is to not use programs
