You talk a lot about the point that she was wronged and I agree with you but what you don't seem to understand is that what she did was wrong too. You do NOT call the police for something like that. This situation was between the customer, the "manager" and McDonalds. If the customer has a poor experience AT McDonalds then she should report it TO McDonalds NOT the Police. McDonalds has a corporate line where she easily could have had the situation rectified if she had simply given them a call.

I agree completely with the video. She was in a way robbed from McDonalds and that is reason to call 911. But, she could have handled it better, yes.
