  • when i shoot the ball with this technique my toe hit the ground and when i think to care about toe shot dot have power.. can u give me some tip about it?

  • is the instep the same as the laces or its like right on top of the side of your inside foot and below the laces ... Because i shoot the soccer balls in game using the side by making it curl and usually also with the side im telling you about which im thinking is the instep
