i think this show was aimed at canadian kids, not brits. the animation studio was canadian, and they showed it all the time on teletoon (canadian cartoon station). the original uk one is nostalgic for the english, this one is nostalgic for canadians. leave it be.

Has anyone ever seen a video of Paddington (came out over a decade ago, obviously!) where Paddington has an English accent with an American 'lilt' and Johnathon has an American accent and everyone else is proper English? The video I used to have had episodes of Paddington at the Launderette, Paddington at the Theatre, and one of Paddington when he goes to a marmalade factory...I've been looking for this for ages and I hope it hasn't disappeared off the face of the earth!! :S
