Ya know some people have said Ali is inconsistent and sometimes he's not that good live but I dont know what the hell their problem is. They just say Dennis is better than him just cuz Dennis was the one who sang on Cloud Nine and hits from those days. It's a stupid bias which I think they should get bitch slapped for. Honestly I think Ali is the most closest styled replacement towards David Ruffin and can also do Dennis songs at least as good as him. Totally underrated and underappreciated.
This is one of the BADDEST SINGERS EVER!!!! If you have ANY doubts, go find the Temptations album from '89 titled "Special". I used to play it for people and they were blown away!! They couldn't believe that the Tempts were doing New Jack Swing and KILLING IT!!!!

Dennis Edwards is the most powerful of all the Temptations vocalist. David is solid and lived the music he sang. Ali is more in to vocal acrobatics.

Ruffin is Ruffin Dennis, Dennis Ollie Ali, Ollie Ali.
They all are GREAT Talents and held their own.
