I don't get it. Is it metal for the sake of metal. Death metal is always an expression of rage against some form of oppression. The fact that its death metal is inconsequential to the emotion behind it but relevant to the attitude being expressed. So, are you singing "christian death metal" for the sake of it sounding metal or are you enraged with God and expressing that rage towards him. Just like to know.

Eh, because my whole life, especially in my home state, they've always been against music like Death Metal, Hardcore, etc. Then suddenly, in recent years, you have Christians taking genres, changing the lyrics, and suddenly it's OK. It doesn't sound "evil" to them anymore either. Lol.. I mean, I guess it's good they are becoming that way, but it's still kind of irritating. Also, my local music scene is overrun with Christian Metal and Christian "Hardcore" (breakdown bullshit)
