Both Haines are lower pitched. Rei is lower-pitched even further than Lin Haine while Rui is pitched higher.

Haine Lin: Rin's voice pitched down

Haine Ren: Len's voice pitched down (puberty) XD

I think the Kaganes are higher or only one of them is higher cuz this song is pitched down.

To be more precise, Lin Haine is Rin pitched down from -12 to -15. Rei Kagene is Rin pitched down from -17 to -19. That makes Rei deeper.
