Its 330 dollars in the US, but I bought in México, got it for 400 dollars.

The Zoom I had was ok, this POD HD is 100 times better. The amp emulation is just incredible, the best you can get in the 500 dollar range. Maybe the only one that beats that sound quality is the Fractal Audio Axe Fx which is around 1500 dollars.

You know, you dont listen 100% when youre the player, its when you are in the public that you actually listen. I had the chance to play at a club months ago. It gave the chance to use the volume at 8, something I cant do at home. I had some rest and a very skillful guy played a couple of songs using my gear.

I was amazed. The tone was beautiful marshall sound with awesome dynamics and lovely spongy saturation. Couldnt believe I paid only 750 dollars :P

like any other tube amp, at low volume it sounds lifeless, has less dynamics and pratically no spongy crunchiness. You have to use volume at 4 at least. Might not be suitable for bedroom levels. But dont be dissappointed. I believe no tube amp will sound good at bedroom levels, trust me. Even a five watt Marshall Class 5 is too loud for a bedroom.

Maybe a tube amp is not what you need. Maybe a modeler amp, or a modeler pedal

oh, on the overdrive channel using gain at 2 you get a barely overdriven sound, but turn the boost ON (which I did) and you get the tone you hear in this video :)

This amp is cool for that. Because of that Boost option, its like having 3 channels.

@gewerh44 Yeah the amp is really versitile like that. But the bad thing is u have to crank it up to get a good sound. I tried it with low volume in a guitar store and i got this kinda dry almost fuzzy sound. Great amp :)
