I stole 2 little cans of rust paint. One black, one silver. Bought a paint thinner and dot 3 brake fluid, but i think i kind of overused the paint thinner and so the ink came out to be too thin. But i think i used about 2/3 paint and 1/3 paint thinner... should i just add more black paint and see if the mixture comes out right?

Get a metal can put some baby oilin it and burn it put something flat on top to catch sut. scrape sut with razor or id card then mix with a little water maybe a little anti-bac soap. you can thin with acetone too. I recommend thinning with both acetone and paint thinner. (I think that's how a lot of paint based inks are made.) Or you can just use acetone(nail polish remover), it works fine as well. Definitely a good idea to use the metallic as a base or entirely.
