for everyone making a fuss, she is one of my bestfriends and was 13 at the time, the choreographer was Fiona Munroe, not copied from the original firebird. ballet Also she is allowed to smile, it was only a little eistedfodd and it shows she is enjoying it! :) she was also quite young... she is now nearly 16 and doing very well at level 5 of ABS!

Okay so I've got some news I asked her and apparently she was like nine or so............ Which is crazy and no I have never watched YAGP and I don't really have any intention of doing so, first of all the name, gran prie or whatever the last part is? I mean come on that doesn't make you think it is ballet or dance at all in makes it seem like it is the youth America car racing industry wtf. Goofy Americans always screwing shit up

@Link4252 look..everyone has different views of a performance, so look if you think this was the best performance ever then so be it, but just because you find someone else say that it wasnt the best theyve seen and then have you rudely state comments such as you dont know shit...that was just uncalled for, how do you know, you dont even know her and you dont have any ballet videos on your channel either, and im just saying this cuz you just ticked off her best friend (me).

Hmm I'm not a professional ballerina or anything but I know enough that this was definitely not the best performance. She has a beautiful smile and a lot of potential technique-wise but the choreography and execution of the firebird persona was just not there. There was just too much flapping of the arms and not enough real steps. Also if you want her to smile and be cutesy this is not the variation to be doing. The real Firebird character is passionate but not necessarily smily

alright, first of all you dont know shit, she now attends the Australian Ballet School fulltime and is the best in her level, secondly this video is from when she is like 11, when you were 11 could you do this???? i fucking doubt it bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Link4252 I have no intention of starting an argument. However I would like to explain my position. I never once mentioned that her technique was bad. You're right; I wouldn't have been able to do this when I was 11. I also stand slightly corrected: depending on the interpretation, the Firebird can be smiling, I'm just used to the darker character. However, I still think if she was really 11 and that good she could have been given better choreography. Have you ever watched YAGP?
