If you can take out the observer, wraiths can get carriers pretty easily. For "imba," they sure cost a lot (w/ interceptors + rebuilding). Vultures, on the other hand, are way too useful for 75 minerals.

god that was a painful game to watch. Why didn't Violet defend any of his bases at all? Really a few dragoons could have kept at least 1 base mining - what is the point of expanding everywhere if you don't defend your bases?!

hmmm, a 35 minute PvT, lo...ng boring game that ends in 1 massive push. wait, what's that? bunker rush?!?!?! failed vulture drops? CARRIERS+arbiter tribunal(why...)!!! definitely not the standard long boring game I expected coming into this... ;)

but well, refugee Terran just doesn't work, and Carriers are just too strong without massive goliath factory line...

Look at how empty the map is toward the end of the game; there used to be bases all over the place, just green and red everywhere, and in the end there is just that small patch of green in the upper right corner and the red in the lower left corner. What a battlefield.

My guess is the arbiter tribunal was to fool Light if he scanned the main. Keep the carriers hidden as long as possible. He thought he was far enough ahead that he could afford the wasted resources, and perhaps he would have made an arbiter after he got to say, 8 or 9 carriers.

i like watching the crowd go nuts. i'm still waiting for the TvP when a nuke takes out a recall even tho mines are way more efficient to defend recalls..:P
