This is another example which shows the earlier you learn music, the better you can play and faster you can learn. Music is just another language. Adult can NEVER truly master a new language without accent. Same for music. The reason is that as the kid grows, her brain network caters for the music something not happening in adult. Kids are also more agile given their size. Many say we are robbing the kid's childhood. They say that out of jealousy because they can never do that.

I am also from Taiwan, living in Great Neck New York. I have a 6 year old daughter also playing violin. She has been looking at your clips and wants to congratulate the great work of Jocelyn. Just wondering if the pianist is the parent? To have such talented daughter, it must be very hard work of parents also. I can't imagine my daughter can play violin so well. She also join the Chinese dance at our local center, can't really quite do it though. :)
