this box is the exact same one I just got done building yesterday. well almost. If you google "DIY skate grind ledge" and click on the first link, you will find specific instructions on how to build a perfect box. It is extremely sturdy and pretty long (8 ft). Oh, and really fun

this box (RIP) is mad good. real strong, if you use pressure treated wood and paint it'll be all-weather too. it would be nice if it were a little longer, but it's hard to find 7ft angle iron and you def want your angle iron in one solid piece

@circa73skater if you weld it and grind down the edge so it is smooth that would be fine, you just dont want to slap to pieces end to end because theyres always a small gap or difference in height that makes it feel shitty to grind through
