I love cumin chicken ...I don't really like beef. Thank you for your recipes! It's cute how you say "cumin" ...but I believe the proper way to say it is "Q-YOU-min" not "coming" hehehehhe.
does the chicken boujon or however its spelled contain msg? im trying to find a good substitute for the chicken flavor but without the flavor enhancer
@recipelover123 Hi, Joshua Nice to meet you here. Thanks for your appreciation. I wish can spare more time to make more videos, I will try my best. See you soon.
@Goliath1886 If it is purposely for fried rice, I would suggest 1:1.5 rice/water ratio. Pre-soak your rice in hot water for 30 minute to 1 hour will give you very good texture of cooked rice. For plain boiled rice 1:2 rice/water ratio would give you more softness. Hope this helps.

Nice video haiyan, the chicken bouillon is that to intensify the flavour?

@andyjack33 It is definitely in Mixed Vegetables, but not necessary for Cumin Beef.

Looks very delicious!
I also use Thai rice, what is your rice/water ratio the first time you cook the rice?
Thanks!
