depends on GPU, CPU, depends on background applications, depends if ur system is overheating... and the settings uve chosen...

In other words clean the dust from the inside of your computer get a good graphics card (to sum people a video card) and u should be fine.

BUT i found surfing on that! lol its so funny, cause that jacked CSS maps and put them on TF2 and theres tons of faults and glitches and u can spawn kill with engie and just mow them down with like 60 sentry turret kills :)
