Wow... I am glad I never played this game. The story is REALLY depressing! I would hate to go through a whole world of gaming to see the continuation of the story in the castle... Everything with Riku being such a jerk and Naminé stealing Kairi's place in Sora's heart. But seeing these cutscenes now make me understand Kingdom Hearts 2 so much better, after finishing it 4 times, hehe.

@MyEricos After Sora was put to sleep, he helped Namine escape with DiZ, then went and hid with the Organization to make sure no one bothered Sora while Namine restored his memories. Eventually he was rooted out, but he escaped and continued working with Diz and Namine to fix Sora. He's the one who tells Xion what she is.

IN KH Final Mix, Xemnas appears as a secret boss, and he samples Sora's memories in the same way that Marluxia does early in CoM. He gave this information to Vexen so that he could make a spare Keyblade wielder in case Roxas discovered the truth about Sora, or vice versa.

After Namine broke Sora's chain of memories, some of the memories were leaked to Xion instead of back to Sora.

@skyuppercutt If you think that's genius think about how well thought out Axel's character is: he is associated with fire, which is associated to wind, light and also to the sun which is often considered opposite and companion to the moon. Saix is associated to the moon and was best friends with him. He also met and befriended Ven not to mention became best friends with Roxas and later helped out Sora. Then there's other details like his appearance, personality and such.

Please look at the other two stories and the Last Episode, along with the Blank Points ending. Oh, and look up the ending to coded, not the secret, but the ending in general. That could clear up some.
