They cut this scene because in it he saws he is 87, but the very next scene he tells Arwen that hes a mortal man. It raised to many questions.

He's a Numenorean. In plain terms, he's been 'blessed' with a lifespan of over 200 years, but he's still mortal.

@HouseofAtreus01 He is a Numenoreans, who were Men blessed with a longer live-span because of their half-even heritage even though they chosed to remain in Middle-earth, if I remember correctly. They have a life of 200 years or so.

@littlemissginny1 Wow, old post of mine. I am aways of the Numenoreans. Gondor and Arnor were settled by the faithful who fled its downfall. The lived to be about 400, others 200. Aragorn being descended from them lived I think to 190.

i like 1:25 it just gives us more history of middle earth and makes aragorn seem more special, his kingship is not just a title he is a descendant of the numenoreans

i think if my tolkien history is correct. aragorn's ancestors are half-elven, but the latter part decided to stay in middle-earth thus revoking their elven identity. however, this resulted in their descendants to reach a remarkable long life for their kinship.
