  • that BGM sounds better there than on MAME

  • Yeah, i've never understood why the music sounds so bland on MAME. I've got a high quality sounding MAME cabinet and the music still isn't as good as the original.

  • @jasonorme666 can you still use your mutant power on that cabinet? Because the simpsons arcade only used 2 buttons, jump and attack. X-Men uses those buttons and a mutant power button

  • Nope, I can't use the mutant power button, I didn't mind though since I found it made the game too easy.

It is possible to wire in and connect more buttons though.

  • well sometimes the mutant power comes in handy during boss fights, especially with the Blob at the end of Stage 2

  • and Wendigo (since you can use mutant power to cancel out their throws)

  • This should be on either the psn network or 360 live. I'd be perfect.

  • Why not both?

THIS GAME OWNED BIG TIME, for them to not bring it out just screams WHY???

  • because Konami would have to shell out royalty money to pay Marvel with. (it's the same reason why Captain America isn't in the Data East Arcade Classics compilation)

  • I loved this game. I first played it on a 4 player arcade, I had never seen one of those before, in 1993. I spent a handfull of dollars in this.

  • Back in around 1995, I played the 6-player version. I got at least 11 to 15 points on it...EVEN THOUGH I was only able to see the top half of the screen! I was small, and the screen was too high.

  • Superb gaming right there.
