Actually the cinematic editor allows for pretty much any camera angle if you control the camera manually :)

actually cheats are things put in by the producers usually 4 fun. mods are when someone changes the data eg. spawning a building in the middle of a highway or changing a bike to look like a tricycle. and hacking can be geting items in a game when the game producers didnt put a code 4 it. lastly cracking is a form of hacking where u collect private data from a company or different computer ect. Choke on that!!!!
