Seamus's nervous disposition is quite understandable, because he is among the youngest and lower ranking chimps in the bachelor group. Seamus is just getting the hang of the hierarchy of the group and is aware to keep out of the way of the more dominant chimps, like Buxom in this case. Seamus is now 12 years old and seems very settled living in this group, the bachelor chimps.
