Can sum1 help wen i head to the APR to get my mission on the 2nd map the lad at the door takes my guns i head in to the house and make my way up the stairs but there door is locked and there is know1 around at all.

the same thing happened to me, only at the ufll building, and i thought it was some awful bug and id have to start over. turns out i juts went to the bar and did a side quest for a buddy and next time i went to the ufll building the dudes were in there

It's complicated, but basically your a mercenary just brought in to Africa. You choose different missions etc etc. Guns dealer missions, UFLL or PAR which are rivals and you do missions for both
