It seems to be more smoke than anything. There is no human figure that I can see. I don't think car headlights would make such a reflection in the middle of the day. It enters the frame from the left and withers away toward the top like smoke does. My guess is that the camera man/woman is a smoker. They blew smoke and it was a vertical line so it appeared to be a figure to them. There is no distinct features that are human and it comes into frame from the left.

This looks old enough to be VHS. Which suffered from bleed through. Everyone used to reuse tapes over and over until they had something worth keeping, and if you didn't blank the tape (usually record one pass with the lens cap on) you'd have video and audio bleed of any bright spots or dark spots and real loud sounds on the next pass.

Looks kind of like a track runner or jogger running through the dark portion of the new vid.

As a paranormal investigator of 13 years, I will say it has fluid motion and speed. Color is a bit more white though from what i've personally seen in the field. But a noted fact is how fast it is in and out of frame and if watched frame by frame it is accelerated, which is hard to duplicate if it was staged.I have personally seen energy such as this move at those speeds out in the field. It is an interesting piece of evidence though, and possibly could be something.hard to fake w/cam phone too.
