  • from 0:16 to 0:38 where is the doctor and why is the nurse doing the job? does giving medication requires doctors order ryt? why is that nurse giving something via injection? while der is no doctor around?is that what u call independent nursing? can a nurse can really give a shot without doctors order? just curious..

  • I guess I was yelling because it was after a 23 hour day with only 4 hours sleep to go back to work for an additional 14 hours. In most cases staff nurses are forced to work 50, 60 and 70 hours every week due to staffing cost restrictions (budgets) and not because there aren't enough nurses. However you can make lots of money so do nurses work like this for the pateints or the money. If you can handle it and save your money you can retire within 20 years. Sorry!

  • In the USA there are overworked nurses kust walking out. Dozzens of RN's are doing it eery week even during these so called hard times. NO, BEING AN RN IN THE USA IS A JOB THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK 50 YEARS OLD WHEN YOU ARE 30 AND YOU WILL HAVE NO OTHER LIFE ! ! ! ! ! ! OF COURSE THERE ARE EXCEPTION BUT THEY ARE FEW ! ! !
