This was part of a three-episode series of documentaries, but only this one pertains to John. The other two episodes go after a musical prodigy to find out why she is musical, and a professional athlete to find out why he is athletic. This episode was about an hour long.

I am really glad that Scott agreed to be involved in the filming of this documentary. I admire him for being so supportive of John's decision to do this programme, given that he isn't all that keen on publicity; their relationship is so obviously based on love and respect for one another. Lovely, homosexuality is biological, we gays know this. But once we prove it to the Christians, does anyone really think their stance on abortion and genetic alteration is going to stay the same? I have a feeling they're either going to choose between ex-gay therapy or eugenics, either way we don't get a say in it. Just try bringing up the God made me this way argument then, and see if they'll listen to arguments about the sanctity of life... God damn hypocrites.

What differance does it make whether someone is gay because of nature or nurture. Either way the attraction exists and unless you are bisexual you don't have a choice as to whom you are going to have a monogamous relationship with. You can fake it but that is not honest. This should be a debate between yourself and your god if you have one. It should not be a public policy debate in a free country.
