I have two ferrets

Minty and lily u might think all ferrets are cute and cuddy but u should know this :

They bite. You can bleed if they bite to hard

They poo I'm your corners of the house. I got brown stains everywhere in the corners if the house. I can't et rid of them

U have to clean their cage once a day. They get dirty after five mins in the cage.

If keeping out side millions of flyes will come. It is disgusting and bad for the ferrets because the flyes vote them

They sleep up to 17 hrs a day. I've read ferrets are considered the best pets. The only problems is that ferrets tend to develop cancer in a much more easy way.

we live in rural france and i've seen him hunt so i'd have to keep him away from the ferret.

Well, you have to let him out of the cage between at least 2 to 4 hours a day, clean his cage twice a week, cut his nails twice a month, give it a bath once a month or less, and most important PLAY with it all the time, because it is a very energic animal XD

@cutejgirl NEVER give them a bath once a month. Once every 6 months. Do not wash them because they smell, only if they're dirty, When you give them alot of baths, it drys out their skin and there natural oil will produce more and make them smell.

@chelamoo09 i've got a friend with 2 ferrets and a cat and she keeps the ferret in the back yard and the cat roams the house and when i was playing with the ferret the cat came up and looked like it was going to pounce but never did. if on of them jumped on the other it was the ferrets on the cat or each other not the cat on them. :)
