every sence i started practicing meditatio, i have become more happy more balanced and more connected to my surrounding. and same with many many people. if you are in fear and and have bad intentions while meditating that when you may have low vibratoey experiences.
the difference between christian people and hinduism people is that hinduism people have way more energy, christian people have did more bad things then people who meditate there is even more danger from the bible heavy christian believers were the wrong people 90% of them i am not sure but alot of em.

I have also had OBE and lucid dreams from meditation practice but its not been a problem, indeed its often quite insightful.

You fall into a trance when you are incredibly unfocused, low on energy, and weary. When you can't focus but do focus, it is the inverse focus, a trance. I have seen hell, or so I think, while in a trance. The spirit makes you push the plow. Demons come to you when you meditate/ are in a trance. take heed.

I then immediately stopped and started praying - a state of trance opens one up and is really an invitation for demon spirits to appear.

Well you need to differ here. Meditation which turns into a trance is indeed very dangerous.
I remember "playing" a beautiful sound within my soul and then in addition listening to the sound externally.
When I was doing it, it came to my mind, that the quran warns of "sinking" into music - but I thought since it's possitive sounds it isn't harmful.
However I came in trance and witnessed a fracture of a second later a portal opening on the floor with demons coming out of it
