We had a 78 seamist green Sedan deVille bought new nov. 11th. 1977 in Detroit. Wish my Mom still had it. Will one day buy it back!

I had one also, my grandparents bought it in south florida ( shocking) and inherited it when they pasted. Mine was the same outside color but it had a full white leather roof and the interior was white leather with black dash and black carpets.

What was the difference in the '77,'78, and '79? Because all three year models look identical.

@porn1978 77 had differnt tail lights, all three years made tweeks to the grille pattern and in 79 they made some interior changes and braught in the boomerang style steering wheel most remeber in the 80's

All 3 years were basically identical----just minor cosmetic changes like different taillights and grille pattern.All 3 years had the same 425 7.0 liter engine.Beginning in 1980,they sloped the hood down a bit,downsized the engine and beefed up the trunk lid a bit to give a more beefier look to the rear end.
