looking at your face at the end of the vid ,I don't think you really are sure you'll ever get the car ;) but nothing can stop you getting your own at one time! I just did and it took me 25 years! happines comes to those who wait !!!
Your a funny kid. We are all glad that one day, perhaps you will be a proud owner of a "Jay-gore" but before you decide to take ownership. Maybe you could ask your father, or Google exactly how to pronounce the name of the vehicle you will be proudly displaying. Keep your grads up ,good luck young man.
I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice old Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Porsche vintage owners in Germany do so Also keeps carbs/injection and tank clean and rustfree!

That is gorgeous. Everybody here in the States says I pronounce Jaguar funny. It is only because I am from England so I prounounce it Jag-U-are. Have fun but take care of it.
2509 SilverLink, you are correct it is JagUar, it is funny that Yanks can't seem to be able to pronounce it correctly. They seem to have a problem with the letter U. Like one I know who has a Mitsubishi but insists on calling it a Mitsoobooshi.
I owned an XKE roadster. It was more in the shop than on the road. Beautiful car to look at, but really constructed poorly. That said, the engine was quite sound. Very reliable. It was everything else that took a shit. Electrical shorts were common. The Brits used cloth as insulation on the wires which ended up rotting thus exposing the wires. My car always overheated in the hot summer months. And I think I replaced the fuel pump three times in four years.
Yeah lol my dad used to have a Datson 280 ZX a while back that got stolen. While they were driving around the cops found them and they tried to take off but ended up totaling the car.
thats cool my friends dad has a roadrunner hes mcanic or watever lol i cant think but he puts on shitty wheels since he gets them for free and burns out in it its tight

That is a beautiful car. I had an 64 MGB back in 1967. Not as nice as the Jag but lots of fun to drive.
