Dude, Anything other than Line 6 - Their products are terrible and I'm not just bashing them for the sake of it - Ive owned some of their amps and multi-effects.. go for something in the Boss GT range.
depends on the way you want to use. If you looking for effects, the novasystem far better than the pod x3.
the X3 pro/live isnt that bad, if you run on your desk running into some good studio speakers. But thats just immitating sounds. The Boss GT can do alot more than the nova.
But the things the nova can, the GT doesnt reach half the class in. The Nova compliments your sound. The GTs often overrides it.
too pity its only a digital delay, i mean hey, 80is are gone, gone for good. When you plug this baby in a send of the amp the distortion section is gone right?! why not use it for delay?!?
Another feature, which would make it a killer device would be a looper (a fuzz or/and wah can be used separately but looper and analog delayf should be inside)
dude what pedalboard are you using? when you move it for some other place can you just left it in the pedalboard or you have to remove it and move it separatly?...sorry my shiti english
Hi Joe, do you find any issues mixing Distortion/OD with delay? this is my major fear about buying this since i cant just run my carbon copy infront of my amp cause it just sounds like shit.
Do you get your distortion from the amp? If so, your delay will sound bad. The distortion compresses the delay coming into it so that it causes the dry and delay signals to be about the same volume... thus making it sound crappy.
Delay should be in the effects loop (if you have one), if you're getting distortion from the amp.
If that's not your setup... maybe you're still doing something wrong?

Great recording equipment but limited to live performances. You can only use of of each effect, so you can't blend two diff delays. No reverse delay.

are you going to be using this along with an amp and the micing the amp, or are you planning on running it through the PA. It really sounds its best going through an amp.. which is what it was designed to do.
This is where it gets tricky. Our sound system is quite not up to the standards of a congregation of our size. It goes to an amp, Fender Vibrasonic, but the soundman likes to send the signal through a DI. We can always mic the amp, but I have to twists some arms.
How is the expression pedal connected? Via midi, 1/4 inch? What pedal are you using for the expression pedal? Can it control more than 1 parameter at a time? Thanks

probably way to many. Dont know the exact number. The doorags started when i was like 2 or something. my pappaw use to tie them around my head when ever he would take me out in the yard with him so my head wouldnt get burnt.....
the dual delay is a pretty cool setting, and i like the spacey sounds that you were able to get with the tape/analog delay. awsome videos, you've convinced me, i gotta get one of these. thanks for all the videos, they've all really helped. now i just have to find a place where i can test one of these out.
