This laptop served me well for over 6yrs. When I updated the hd from 40gb to 320gb it worked perfectly for a while, till one day it refused to boot; there was a notice on the screen saying that there were problems with the hd. A techie friend removed the large hd and reinstalled the 40gb. It now works very slowly with an almost full drive. Am getting a Lenovo thinkpad. Sorry to see the HP packed away :(

@ioanci1 You know, it does not pay up, but I realize it were extended, because I wanted to have an old classic with a super computer parameters.
For all I paid 2000 PLN, approximately $ 800
