I think it's an open secret that Rose shouldn't have won the MVP last year. LeBron had better stats all round. And the Bulls were top in the East cos of their team defense not Rose. It was cool to have a different guy as the MVP though....and it also gave the Lebron haters something to jack off to.

@asieduy MVP goes to the person who contributes most to their team, Stats has nothing to do with it. Derrick Rose obviously put the team on his back and was the soul reason they clinched the first seed and a playoff birth. LeBron had Wade and Chris Bosh. His stats may be better overall but Rose just contributes more overall. This is in no way taking away from LBJ who is an incredible talent.

@asieduy Okay, LeBron may have had better stats, but the MVP awards is not all about statistics. You really have to look at a team and what would happen if that player wasn't on that team. Look what happened to the Cavaliers, once the top of the NBA when LeBron was there when he left they hit rock bottom. If you look at the Heat now, they don't actually need LeBron but if you look at the Bulls, without Rose they wouldn't even reach as far as they did, so he did deserve the MVP award. Rose MVP!

1. drose should stop taking bad shots and look to pass the ball more often
2. drose and boozer should develop a consistent pick and roll/pop play
3. acquire a decent all-rounded shooting guard (arron afflalo type)

I still blame Kyle Korver. He's most of the time free and open and yet its like he's almost shooting 50/50 from downtown. And I tell you, when they give him the ball, they expect a three cause they need it that bad. And rarely do i see Korver give them one. He chokes most of the time. He needs to work on it. I say Reggie is right.
My money is still on Heat. But i would love to see these guys win it too.
