  • If you wanna get lean/ dense muscle do 6 reps to failure If you wanna get bulky do 8-10 reps to failure. Failure means its not possible to perform another rep and do 3-5 sets with 60-90 secs rest between sets. Abs training is different tho as its hard to get to failure so just keep it as intense as you can

  • @MitchFlori Ok if spelling is such a large deal to you, why don't you spell correctly yourself? 'doesnt' needs a capital + an apostrophe, unnecessary use of fullstop when it should be a comma + also you never start a sentence with 'and' and it also doesn't have a capital letter. There is something wrong with you... You are very insecure that's for sure.

  • this will get you ripped up like crazy but it is not the most efficient way of 'building muscle' and theres no point being skinny and ripped. Gotta build that foundation.
