@MEGApixxel3268 Yes you can eat fish during pregnancy. Just not certain large fish because they contain high levels of mercury. Salmon has a low level of mercury and is perfectly fine to eat during pregnancy so long as you eat it in moderation. Seafood is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids which is GREAT for baby.
