I don't like nuclear either, but how else can we supply power to 7 billion people? Wind, water and solar only works on a small scale. Coal can do it, but it pollutes the air... Unless we all DRASTICALLY cut back on power usage, nuclear will continue to dominate.
true101story for president! why can't politicians be more like you and stop fucking craving for money and power...they piss me off. people need to wake up and stop supporting these people that are lying to our faces so easily and taking our money.
Seriously Dude, Ron Paul is the only hope this country has. But the media flat out ignores him, and Americans won't look into the facts for themselves... People vote for who their tv tells them to ... It's sad. I'm worried about our future.
13UnderTheGun totally agree with Ron Paul EXCEPT for his environmental stance.... how can justify de-regulating corporations from dumping toxic waste into water sources? We are RAPING the planet and the next president needs to take a firm stance on this issue and invest major chunks of the budget into "sustainable" energies. (he/she probably won't though due to their own probable stupidity, congress's stupidity, archaic nature of our system and pressing worldwide economic crisis ...)
@ghillzballer ~Good point man... I totally agree, There needs to be some level of oversight to keep corporations from polluting our planet further than they do now...
I don't have any illusions of ever finding a cadidate for POTUS that I will agree with across the board on all issues... But Ron Paul comes closer than any of the others BY A MILE!
Republicans and Demicrats are all the same these days!!!! Obama is not calling any shots he does what he is told by the big corparations.... he bought the fuck out just like every other president for quite some time....love your vids bro keep up the good work man!
Obama is a fucking liar!!!1 Go back to 2008 and see what he campaigned on, and compare it to what he has done so far!!! He is a fucking clown Ron Paul gary Johnson 2012 they would make this country a great place to live! veto all these bullshit laws! All the sheep need to get off the sheeple crack and pay attention to what is really going on in this country!
the only one that has been consistant is ron paul and he predicted everything thats happened since before 911. he is the only one that seems to no what the problem is.
In order for the drug war to end, lobbying has to be made illegal. The medical and prison industrial complexes both would lose a ton of money. The medical industrial complex would lose money due to the fact of the cannabis plant is the most medicinally valueable plant on the planet and since you can't patent a plant, there's no money to be made. Not to mention that there is no money in curing people. The money is in keeping them alive, but barely, so that they keep paying for RXs.
@zozma38 Not to mention the way that patents are for the medical industrial complex go something like, for 12 years, the corporation that owns a patent are the only ones that can produce said RX and charge what they want. If a medicinal valuable plant is discovered (like cannabis), they will take every step they can to eliminate any and all competition. And since you can't patent a plant, the next best thing (for them) is to make it illegal.
@zozma38 And continue to send lobbyists to make sure it stays that way. They don't care about curing people at all. All they care about is making money. And if a few people have to die due to bad policy, they consider it collateral damage. Then you have the prison industrial complex that would lose money if it became legal as no one would be locked up for having a bag of weed or smoking a blunt. So they send their lobbyists to make sure the bad policies stay in place.
@zozma38 And if some people have to die for a profit for a few, they are considered collateral damage. So it comes down to the medical industrial complex not wanting any competition and the prison industrial complex having a steady income. Cannabis would only become legal when lobbying is made illegal and big corporations have to disclose to the US people how much they donated, to whom, and for what cause. And since politicians also benefit from the lobbyists as well...
@zozma38 I wouldn't expect lobbying being made illegal ANY time soon as this country has very few politicians (I can only think of one and thats Ron Paul) who aren't bought off by the big corporations. If you focus on lobbying, it'll hasten cannabis becoming legal. You have to end the lobbying.
I read some statistics about campaign contributions that is quite revealing. It's basically the percentage between contributions over and below $200. I think most of the republicans had a really low percentage (5% ish) below $200. Rand Paul was the only exception at around 50%. What I like about Rand Paul is that he have seemed to at least stick to his principles. He's less corrupted by money. I still think he goes too far when it comes to small government, so still no vote from me.
