They are slower than dirt and while I am all about patience, they give you the round around about your order's status. I placed my order in July and STILL do not have it. I don't care how great a product is, when it never gets delivered, it makes not difference.

Love your hats! You've made 5 for me. The only thing I don't like: when I go out someone always asks, "can I wear your hat?" LOL!
