The men who are being held prisoner at GITMO are not US Citizens! So why are they getting any of the same right as those of us who ARE?!
It GITMO isn't even located on American soil! It is an American province! Personally, I don't see why I should even give a crap about how poorly the terrorists are being treated down there. They didn't give a crap about all the innocent lives that were taken on 9/11! So why do I have to care about them?!
They should be offered the same rights. Its not what many want to hear but I don't see any progress with what is done currently. Remember innocent until proven guilty plus we have to live with the way we treat people and the consqences of those choices. I'm not for terrorism but I am for justice where it is due.

@nijikazegirl the fake birth certificate, it got to the point I cared less about any birth certificate as long as we vote him out. And I do not care when OBL was killed (I think that he was killed awhile ago also) but my thing is who care about a few jihadist get to drin k some water. Hell, Marine bootcamp was worse. We are dealing with the same jerks now that I was dealing with back in the 80's. Heck, they need to be glad that I am not down there making themm take a decent bath.
@realworldbycj We will never find out until years later. Look at the death of Hitler. There were speculations that he was in South America, that he was alive, that he commited suicide. There was alot of rumors. But it wasn't until the late 80's (could of been sooner, if someone knows let me know) when they finally confirm that he died commiting suicide. That put all of the "so-call romurs" to rest.
@realworldbycj Alot of things that do not make sense, why did the video feed went out off for a few minutes, no video evidence, a quick burial at seas, and an Iman on board of a Carrier?? But we will never know. And all of the SEAL members killed in a following mission??? Maybe I am thinking too much....lol...lol...
