I really do enjoy the stories about King Henry and his reign. And I really enjoy watching Jonathon perform, he is so beautifully talented and a true artist.

But I hated this show.

I know what they were trying to do. They were trying to show King Henry in a different light, make him more one of the boys, and it just wasn't working for me. I know the king hasn't always been this meat chomping obese man, but when he was younger, though neither skinny nor fat, he was still sturdy.
