Arafat wasnt perfect, he made mistakes. For Gods sake, he was human. But consider this, he gave his whole life for the cause, alot of his supporters were in diaspora, he himself was in exile and was still able to gain the support of his people. He didnt have an army in his own homeland, he never slept in the same place twice, it is reported he owned 2 suits while on the run. He was a great hero. He put the Palestinian cause on the front headlines and its because of him that the cause is alive
