This company is broke. Just check out their Form S-4 filed w/the SEC. They'll soon be out of money and they have no financing lined up. Nor do they have a lab or technicians for product development. Nor do they have manufacturing capabilities. All they have are the patents. Notice that this guy never dims the bulbs all the way. It's because this company's bulb isn't fully dimmable. And if you look real closely, you see the light from the PureSpectrum bulb quivering when dimmed.

I agree. I bought some stock and I will probably buy some more. They are trading at around .50 per share and are going to take off as soon as their exchange status is elevated. Read the writing on the walls of Obama's White House people. This is going to be federally mandated stuff.
