One thing about Aaliyah, she did her own thing, yes she look up to janet and gave her her props in interview, but never copied her or anyone els. i think ciara has the potential to be looked at as icon and legend in the future just like janet is now! When people look back throughout history Janet is labeled as one of the greatest entertainers ever! I would only hope ciara can make that position for herself as well! First of all ciara cant sing at all period and she couldnt in her life time be on janets level even if they came out at the same time janet can put on a excellent live show and will give you your moneys worth sing and dancing at the same time for 2.5 hours, ciara cant do that and beside janets writes her own music you cant say the same for ciara so as for ciara outshining janet, i highly doubt that, she can barely outshine rihanna.

LOL If Ciara is "the Queen", then that would make Janet "The Goddess" because Ciara falls short from anything Janet Jackson can do. I didn't even see Ciara dance in this video! All she did was move her back. Anyone can do that!

Right this video was a Ciara shovenist. They didn't play devil's advocate on this video. They did this in Janet's favor. Ciara may be a rookie but she came in the game fighting and taken over. Legends are over rated. In any of this videos they will always say legends will win cause they been in the game longer. But Ciara is #1

First of all, there is no comparison!!!!! Janet is a pop LEGEND who has sold more albums than Ciara ever will, and also had more hit singles. Also, she is a MUCH better dancer! Still, it is not fair to compare these two because they both have different sounds and approaches to music!!!!
