@trumpetfreal: the others are right, to an extent. But there's also the fact that she's completely out of her element here. She gets to the point where she's back to her old self with the fashion guy.

You've also got to remember the entire premise of this season. Roseanne is completely writing stuff she makes up now. She's no longer trying to be realistic. She's trying to tell a story. And the deal at the end wouldn't be nearly so funny if she hadn't sat there and taken this crap first.
