They are Range Target's. Thats all Air Force gunnery range. One is a mock airbase with fake Anti Aircraft array. The second is just a proximity target. Both places show impact craters from Gunnery to include bombing. Area 51 is all part of the Nevada Test Site. Look closely and you can see where underground nukes were tested during the 50s-60s-70s. That whole area north of Vegas and indian springs is part of Nellis Air Force Base. I lived in Indian springs and worked out there for 11 years.

What you've found in the #2 shot is Tonapah Test Range. You didn't find the base itself just one of the outlying faux battery "defenses." The #3 shot is of a test target. This entire region is a testing zone. If you bothered to zoom in, then you would see the impact craters.

It seems there are others nearby, and that they are numbered, so it seems likely they are some kind of target area. Seems quite likely with the number of military sites, airfields, etc around that area...
