(G)Dig a duck(C)dig a gooey duck(A7) Dig a duck a (G)day.
Sing it's faster and faster and it's fun.
I also have a refrain to slow that craziness down that goes... (G)Dig a duck----(C)dig a gooey duck, (G)dig a gooey duck.
I learned the song at the Taylors Bivalve Bash in Skagit County a few years ago. I can't remember who was playing it. By the way that fun and educational event is coming up this week-end, July 16 I believe.
I was wondering who put the chords to this song, I learned to play it on an ukelele and use a little different structure for the Chorus. I've never heard the original release. ukejunkie
