if this game actually has logic, in 2100 a new lawn fertilizer will be discovered/invented and when a dead person will be buried under the lawn and the fertilizer will be used the skin will turn green (because of the fertilizer) and the life supporting organs will work again (because of the fertilizer) after what an entire city will be completely engulfed in zombies (because of the fertilizer)
