@mugivara84 MSI Afterburner is not an ideal aplication to record video clips of video games, namely anything as I believe it may actually be his own CPU that is bottle necking the recording.

@JadeXTopaz lol MSI Afterburner is not Screen Capture software. Its a overclocking utility and i use to get FPS ingame and to use a custom graphics card profile for when im playing certain games (e.g. higher fan speeds). A 3.5ghz OC quadcore cpu with hyper threading and you think that is bottle necking O_o Its just a demanding game. And this isn't a true FPS recording since im using FRAPS to record which will dropa few FPS. Anything above 30fps is great since the human eye cant tell.

@megaplayah the recomended minimum to run a 6970 is a 600w. But i have run tests on my PC when playing a game and cpu at full load and it dont draw even 500watts. so 600w should be fine.

btw i have a 6970 and it goes as low as 17 with tesselation. so it won't be smooth sorry to say :( oh well it gets a ton of fps without tesselation :)

Its not maxed out.. Maxed out would be Ultra Settings and Dx11!

@12dart12 Nope. Ultra is the highest settings + HiRes Textures.. I have Crysis 2 and I can choose Ultra.

@R3B0RNSH4D0W Sounds like your using the shitty ingame graphics options.... Which is completly shit. I use the Crysis2 Advanced Graphics Options utility which i mentioned in the video. Gives you complete comtroll over the graphics. Extream is the highest setting.

@12dart12 yeah I use it and its shitty but in your vid I don't see any of the Dx11 Effects like Tesselation.. thats why I'm thinking that it's not maxed.

@12dart12 look at this: watch?v=KforkT67G3g | You can clearly tell a difference.. for instance when I watch your video the ground looks flat and you can only see specular/bump/normal mapping but with Dx11 you have tesselation which enhances the 2D texture quality a lot. I hope you understand now :P If don't believe me, well not my problem but the highest settings are Ultra with Dx11 enabled and the Hi-Res Texture pack enabled.
