Namaste auntyji, please give us recipes for garam masala, punjabi masala powders...your recipes are very nice to prepare and eat..esp my son likes your recipes..:)
Dear Manjula, Thank you so much for such a wonderful video. It is so precise and your directions are fabulous. I can't wait to try this. Thank you again. Namaste
Thank you for taking time to make this video! Clear, easy to follow directions; I can't wait to try this recipe this weekend. My naan always turns out too crispy, from your video I can see I was rolling it out way too thin.
This is a recipe I will treasure! I made it this weekend and it turned out well. Luckily I have the same stove and pizza stone as you, so I was feeling confident about the baking part. I did use half (light) whole wheat flour and half unbleached white flour. Thanks Manjula!
Thank you for the video! I love your recipe for naan. Unfortunately, I developed a gluten intolerance and only eat naan once or twice a year. Are there any other flat breads that don't use wheat flour, but maybe a bean flour like besan or a rice flour or maybe buckwheat flour? I really miss naan, roti, and puri. I'm tired of rice lol. Thank you Manjula
OMG Manjula!! My two favorite foods, bread and potatoes. Now I don't have to go to the Indian Garden on Devon to get my Aloo Naan fix. Thank you thank you thank you!
Manjulaji, can we use wheat flour instead of all purpose? Do let me know as I plan to make this tomorrow. Thanks for all the great videos that you keep posting! Keep 'em coming!
hi thank you for the recipie. Is your stone for the oven a regular pizza stone or something special? I have broken pizza stones before putting the oven on broil. Thank you.
Manjula, this video was incredible. That dough was pure magic in your hands. Thanks so much for sharing your remarkable skill in such a clear concise way. Your brilliance and dexterity in the kitchen made for a mouth watering ending.
Very nice Manjula, Can you tell me what the purpose of the "flipping" of the Naan just before you put it in the oven? Thanks and keep up the good work! :)

She has coated her hands with a little oil and the flipping action transfers a bit of the oil to the surface of the Naan.
