hmm, i don't know what kind of medication this guy is on, but when i was on a certain kind of antidepressant, i couldn't climax (i'm a woman). i saw the doctor, found something else that worked better for my depression AND didn't interfere with reaching orgasm, so if it's that sort of an issue, perhaps just a change of rx will help... if it's something he HAS to be on, having the doctor confirm that that's what's causing the problem will probably be a help (i agree with D & J). :)
