It's okay. When I first started Aero Modelling I built my first two planes in like two days each. They came out great, but it didn't work for all models (some of which I messed up on).
And, the only reason I asked you that was because I'm just used to taking more time on my tanks. I mean I don't know about 1/72 scaled versions, but 1/35 takes me about a month to complete. I just got my new panzer IV.
For me it actually depends on the scale. For example, my 1:72 Spitfire took me three days, mostly because there was NOTHING to it. But my 1:48 Zero took me four and a half months because it was such an excellent kit and gave me little room for error. Still though, I took four months on my CH-53, which is a 1:72 and turned out to be EXCELLENT.
I find it varies from kit to kit.. but as I tend to build mainl OLD obsolote kits, I need a lot of filler and such.. and it takes longer than I like.. sometimes I long for a kit to just sling together in a couple of hours.. like I used to do.. but I try and be patient now and don't rush.. :)
You should add a helping hands, really nifty thing

No, that was a T-34 I was only hours from completing.

Ah. Just a question, do you rush when you build models. I don't tend to, I'm just wondering.

I'm not gonna lie, yes, I have before. But from about December on, I've taken more time. For example, my CH-53 took me four months.
