  • Hi Ewin1968.The hoop space recommendation can vary depending on the Polytunnel width and length.First Tunnels 6ft wide models are supplied with 4ft spacing's,8ft,10ft,12ft &14ft models are supplied with 5ft spacing’s.Our commercial structures 16ft – 30ft wide are supplied with 6ft spacing’s.For maximum strength and stability, the recommended height also varies depending on the overall Polytunnel size.Smaller models start at 6ft 10" the larger structures can increase to 12ft 3"

    Best wishes FT

  • POLYTUNNES: What is the distance recomentada: a) between arcs b) what is the recommended height greenhose. Live in Madrid - Spain Thanks for the videos.

  • Hi Stelvans - The Polytunnel cover is trapped in a rebate for added strength. This rebate is created by nailing a batten along the top edge of the outer face of the base rail. Nails are hammered in at an angle alternating as you go (one at the top and one at the bottom) - this gives added strength and prevents the battens from splitting.

  • What is the best way to attach the plastic to timber battons is it safe to nail it even though it is pulled tight.

  • great advice, very useful
