As usual most products will only work if it synergises with your hair type, condition of your hair (damaged, healthy, dry, etc). I have fine hair medium in thickness and used the ORS relaxer. I lost a lot of hair. I have stopped the idea of experimenting with relaxers and stuck with what works for me (D&L Regular). But the ORS Olive oil hair care line is simply the best. It will work and most hair types and conditions.

It does. It also depends on who does it(unless you do it yourself) and how you get it done.

I don't care for it at all. The ORS relaxer in the box, the no-lye one, damaged my edges. Thank good I stop relaxing for 4 months and it evidentually grew back healthy. But never the less that was my last experience with NO- LYE relaxer. I think ORS has a lye formula, maybe that will work better for me.

my hair came out like them women in the commercial...but one thing you must realize is daily care also contributes to your hair coming just as good....the night before I relax, I apply virgin coconut oil to my previous relaxed hair to protect it from being relaxed again...also you have to use products that go w/ your hair, something that works for me may not work for you

Hi Numba1Chanelle, I can vouch for it it has my hair so silky and bouncy. All of their products work. My hair is in the process of being repaired from some bad ends, and it works wonders ! You will NOT be dissapointed !
